Problem
Scheduling events for celebrities or high-net-worth individuals can be difficult as they travel often and keep tight schedules. Large, expensive events rely on many businesses and service providers such as caterers, waitstaff, security, hotels, audio/visuals, and florists, which makes coordination difficult.
Celebrities and individuals of high-net-worth also struggle to maintain their privacy, especially amid major events such as weddings which may attract many intrusive journalists and photographers. Such events are at higher risk of privacy leaks and security breaches due to the number of guests and the manpower involved.
Design Challenge
How can a digital application help manage high-stakes special events?
Solution
An event invitation, people management, and security app. You can track guests’ availability, RSVP, and accommodation data; manage entry privileges and security clearance; and detect privacy and security breaches.

Artificial intelligence is a quickly growing area in the technology space. This case study focused on integrating automation and artificial intelligence to optimize and streamline processes.
This includes ‘smart suggestions’ from guest calendar and profile data, automated payment requests for vendors, facial recognition for event entry, and data detection of information leaks.
